Our beautiful Wellbeing Studio is a functional space that is light, fully air conditioned with a soft floor and equipped with everything you need for your class including mats, blocks, bricks and bolsters. It is an oasis of calmness and tranquility – a space for you – where positive energy and inspiration can flow freely.

Bringing The Mind And Body Together

Our experienced instructors teach regular Yoga and Pilates Classes, along with a monthly Restorative & Relaxation Class.

You can rest assured that your instructors are fully qualified and insured in order to teach you safely and effectively.

As well as the regular classes each week, we hold ad hoc workshops for Yoga, Pilates, The Essex Stretch Academy, as well as Alexander Technique, Nutritional Therapy, Psychology & Counselling.
