What To Expect…

An assessment is the first step in reaching a psychological understanding of a person’s difficulties and experiences and to determine which type of therapy, if any, might be most suitable. This usually takes between one and three sessions. You may request a written (non-legal) psychological assessment report. All assessments are linked with future recommendations.

Following assessment, a course of talking therapy may be offered. Brief and longer-term therapies are available. Length of therapy is collaboratively negotiated between Libby and her client. Sessions are usually on a weekly basis, but may be arranged fortnightly or less frequently in certain circumstances.

Other Services

Psychological consultation is also available for non-mental health professionals working with patients or the public with mental health difficulties, or leaders/managers wishing to understand and enhance organisational/team relationships/dynamics.
