Rebecca Fox is starting a new series of classes of yoga – “Yin/Yang Yoga” – suitable for all levels!
Starting each class with some light meditation before moving through a blend of Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. Exploring the dynamic nature of Yin and Yang Yoga and its relationship with the body and mind. Working with passive Yin poses to work deep into the tissues of the body. Then, building up the energy heading into a dynamic Yang/Vinyasa practice, stretching and lengthening the muscles of the body, creating a full experience of how these opposing energies interact with the body and mind, working together to create balance in all aspects of life.
Classes runs on Thursday evenings 7:15pm-8:15pm
