Certified Scar Work Therapist, EMMETT Practitioner & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist
Chrissy has been a qualified Therapist for over 20 years, initially training with the London School of Sports Massage. She has also gained a Diploma in Dry Needling and a Foundation in Acupuncture from the School of Biomechanics and Sport & Remedial Therapies.
She is a Rocktape (RockDoc) certified professional having completed full training in the application of kinesiology taping and is qualified Electrotherapy treatments such as Ultra Sound and Interferential.
Chrissy continues to expand her skills, and with her special interest the EMMETT Technique and specialised ScarWork she is one of very few Certified Advanced Scar Work Professionals in the East of England.
She is a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Chrissy has been keen sportswoman and still regularly plays badminton; she is also a volunteer with Essex Search and Rescue with whom she is a Search Manager and is also a Qualified First Responder.
