Conscious movement allows us to bring our awareness into the body, understanding where it wants to go and what it needs. We use our own range of movement whilst remembering our bodies are all beautifully unique, we bring this awareness into the body allowing us to identify and locate tension before releasing and letting go. This is the core of our practice in the Viloma class.
Classes involve a focus on breath work, mindful moving and meditation. We each feel our way, listening to our bodies and finding poses rather than subconsciously moving into forms. Spending valuable time focusing on ourselves whilst on the mat. Developing important tools to take into our daily lives.
