Forrest Yoga is an incredible style of yoga which was designed by Ana Forrest (not practiced in a Forest!).

Forrest Yoga is based on the four pillars of: Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit.

Starting each class you will learn how to breath with Intra Abdominal Pressure, which is something we lose as we get older and is very beneficial in everyday life.

The asana/physical practice is so effective as it targets the areas in the body which we are often weak, always working on strengthening the core, glutes and legs.It also incorporates deep stretches which release the areas of our bodies where we are most tight in, the shoulders and neck being a key area that gets a-lot of focus on.

There is huge emphasis on relaxation which is a real treat after the physical practice.
