Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist

Natalie graduated from Essentials for Health with a Diploma in Swedish/Holistic Body Massage in July 2011 and immediately went on to achieve a Level 5 Sport & Remedial Massage & Treatments Diploma in April 2012.

This was quickly followed by a Pregnancy Massage Diploma and in April 2013, she achieved a Level 3 qualification in Integrated Myofascial Release Therapy followed by a qualification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM).

Natalie is also a RockTape certified professional (RockDoc) having completed full training in the application of kinesiology tape to help with symptom reduction, edema control, muscle fatigue delay, injury support and muscle stimulation. She is fully qualified in Advanced Dry Needling and Medical Acupuncture and Myofascial Cupping.

Natalie is a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority and she works full time at Phoenix Place for Health. In 2014 she launched her own business and is the Director and Lead Therapist of EBC Therapies.

As an Obstacle Course Race enthusiast, Natalie works alongside the country’s biggest outdoor training company, Essex Boot Camp, offering their members proactive, preventative, recovery and rehabilitation services for acute injuries and chronic conditions. She can often be found assisting and patching up competitors at outdoor events.
