Suzie Pugh

Suzie qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling in 2013, is registered with the BACP and is currently completing her Degree in Counselling.  She has worked with adults for several years and specialises in the recovery of abusive/unhealthy relationships, low self esteem, unhealthy thought processes plus generalised anxiety.

Being a person-centred therapist, she encourages and supports the client and guides the therapeutic process without interrupting or interfering with the client’s process of self-discovery.  She has also trained in other modes of counselling which can be integrated into therapy where appropriate. Suzie also works for Mind as a mental health volunteer and has set up a support group for people to attend when they are struggling with depression and/or anxiety.

She offers short term and long term counselling options, and can be available day time and evenings.
