Kay Milton

Psychotherapist & Counsellor

Kay is an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor. She qualified in 2004 and is an accredited member of the National Counselling Society. She has previously worked in the fields of mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness, domestic violence, and with young people in schools. She has worked with organisations including Women’s Aid, Relate, Mind and the Probation service. She is also an experienced tutor and workshop facilitator.

She offers her services to children from age 8, young people, adults and couples and can help with a multitude of issues. One of her specialisms is the mind/ body connection and she can therefore also help with pain and physical health issues.

Kay is passionate about health and well-being, and uses many tools and techniques in her work including Life Coaching, Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

When she is not working Kay loves spending time with her two dogs, and competes in agility competitions.
